These are the steps my tester took to complete this design. I have pictures as well if you need them!
1. placment stich for body
2. placement stich for ribbon
3. tack down for ribbon
4. trim ribbon
5 tack down for fabric (with heat n bond) did have to cut the tail area open to move the ribbon from gettin tacked down
6 reran tack down for fabric just to ensure it stays
7. trim fabric
8 satin and eyes
